Year 8 Soccer Blitz

Today saw our Year 8’s take part in the South Down Shield Blitz.
After a 2-0 victory over our local rivals Newry HS, we were defeated 1-0 by Banbridge HS, which put us in a Play Off with Kilkeel HS. Unfortunately, Kilkeel got the better of us on the day and there ended our first outing representing St. Joseph’s in soccer.
Scorers on the day were Callum Ryan (8GC) ⚽️ & Enzo Sousa (8CT) ⚽️
