Today our year 11 GCSE Geography and year 10 Geography students visited the Marble Arch Caves in County Fermanagh. The pupils and staff enjoyed a guided tour of the underground caves and the limestone trails above ground.
St Joseph's Geography Department would like to thank the centre's experienced and friendly staff who competently explained the formation of the weird and wonderful limestone features throughout the caves.
Thank you also to Mrs McKevitt, Miss Kate and Miss Savage who helped in the supervision of the pupils, Mr Fox our Gifted and Talented coordinator who organised the booking and not forgetting our very own Geography students who are a credit to the school in their behaviour and approach to learning through fieldwork.
Well done everyone.
