Our Year 8 boys Gaelic Footballers had their first Year 8 Ulster Schools Regional Development Blitz today.
Our own St Joseph's school pitch was the venue and we hosted St Mark's Warrenpoint, St Louis Kilkeel, and St Joseph's Crossmaglen in what were all brilliant games played in the spirit and reverence that the games deserve.
The new format was 9 aside two touch football on smaller pitches and it was fantastic to see our young lads displaying all the skills of the game but most importantly maximising participation levels and enjoyment was the focus of the day. 🇧🇬🇧🇬
