Health & Science Project

We were pleased to welcome the University of Ulster team to St. Joseph's Boys' High School today. Our students embarked on the first steps of their 'Broader Horizons in Health and Science' project. The aim of the project is to promote positive mental health and strengthen emotional resilience in young men. Today our session focused upon increasing confidence and managing stress. Well done to all our participants, who demonstrated their enthusiasm and teamwork skills throughout the morning.
